2) If you purchase the products which is IN STOCK item,

Normally your Item will be shipped within 7 days (Official Handling Time) after Full Payment completed;

If you purchase products which is PRO ORDER item. The shipping dates are based on information received from the manufacturers.

When the pre-order item read, we will inform you to pay the final payment & shipping cost,

Once payment completed, we will ship out your item within 7-15 days by your selection of shipment.

3) We only ship to shipping address as checkout confirmation. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. 

4) If statues do arrive damaged, most Studios/manufacturers do offer free replacements as long as you cover shipping both ways.
